Ethical Custody Charter
This charter defines the fundamental principles governing the collection, preservation, and transmission of intangible cultural heritage by the Ben Yeshoua Institute.
I. The 2026 Refoundation
Following its structural refoundation in 2026, the Institute operates under a “Year Zero” mandate. Our role is that of a Sovereign Custodian, acting in service of communities.
II. The Three Pillars
1. Moral Sovereignty
Intellectual property remains exclusively with the depositors. The Institute claims no ownership over cultural spirits.
2. Non-Extraction
Archival data shall not be treated as tradable financial assets or used for commercial AI training.
3. Integrity Protocol (HSR)
All documentation follows the Hushed–Steady–Rising sensory regulation protocol for participant benefit.
