The Institution
Our Identity
The Ben Yeshoua Institute is a non-profit research organization (French Association Loi 1901) dedicated to the preservation and documentation of complex cultural environments. While legally established since 2018, the Institute underwent a structural refoundation in 2026 of its governance and research programs.
This new cycle marks a methodological shift: moving from intuitive collection to an Ethical Custody infrastructure. Directed by Ben Yeshoua, the Institute currently deploys 9 priority pilots across an international corridor between France, Germany, and Canada.
The 2026 Refoundation
The 2026 transition secured our intangible assets within a renewed international compliance framework (UNESCO 2003 / ICIP protocols). This pivot guarantees institutional partners and communities full cultural data integrity, disconnected from any past extractive or commercial use.
Tradition holders remain the primary owners of their knowledge. The Institute acts only as a temporary custodian.
Ritual archives are strictly excluded from any direct commercial monetization or market valuation.
